We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage and support all HR operations to ensure a smooth workflow across departments. You will play a vital role in managing recruitment, government relations, and employee services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage government portals such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad, ensuring full compliance with regulations and labor laws.
- Prepare and update employee records, contracts, and official documents.
- Maintain effective communication between HR and other departments to resolve employee issues promptly.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and official correspondences.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and orientation processes.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the HR field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
