Shangri-La Jeddah is set to redefine luxury along the new Jeddah Waterfront with stunning views of the Red Sea. We are currently seeking a dedicated Waiter who will deliver exceptional dining experiences that reflect our brand's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary:
As a Waiter at Shangri-La Jeddah, you will not only greet and serve our esteemed guests but also ensure they enjoy a memorable dining experience. Your role will involve:

• Understanding the menu and dishes prepared.
• Providing menu suggestions to guests.
• Taking orders and serving with love and care.
• Creating memorable guest experiences and 'wow' moments.
• Preparing the restaurant for service.
• Coordinating seamlessly with the culinary team.
• Ensuring accurate billing and financial procedures.
• Supporting fellow colleagues and supervisors for smooth operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent conversational skills to engage with guests.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• A minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter in 5-star hotels.
