Join Napco National as a Maintenance Technician!
We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support our team in Makkah Region. As part of your role, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks that are crucial to keeping our production facility running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive Repair Request tasks and conduct repair activities in accordance with established Work Instructions and Machine Manuals.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Technician or Team Leader for troubleshooting breakdowns.
  • Request Spare Parts and ensure proper consumption through pre-approval from the Maintenance Team Leader.
  • After repairs, clean the working area to comply with maintenance hygiene standards.
  • Document completion of tasks on the Repair Request Form, including feedback from the Production Team Leader.
  • Carry out Scheduled and Preventive Maintenance activities as directed.
  • Execute Calibration tasks as per instructions.
  • Enforce 5S duties to maintain an organized and efficient workplace.

Role Overview: As a Maintenance Technician in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, you will play a critical role in ensuring quality service and equipment safety. Your responsibilities will include performing regular maintenance checks, addressing customer needs, and ensuring excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
    • Provide proactive and precise on-site communication regarding service status.
    • Accurately report work performed at the equipment level.
    • Identify and communicate any risks on-site to your supervisor.
    • Take immediate corrective action in case of high-risk identification.
  • Service Operations:
    • Accountable for site safety and execution of service visits.
    • Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
    • Lead sales initiatives by communicating client needs to supervisors.

Are You the Right Fit?
  • Hold an ITI/Vocational Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Automation or an equivalent.
  • Possess a minimum of 8 years hands-on experience with escalators and elevators from reputable brands.
  • Welding experience with escalator handrails is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
