المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • الرد بسرعة على رسائل البريد الإلكتروني في غضون 24 ساعة، مع إعطاء الأولوية للاستفسارات العاجلة.
  • الرد على المكالمات الهاتفية في غضون ثلاث رنات مع الالتزام بمعايير IFH و LQA.
  • جمع تفاصيل الضيوف الأساسية أثناء عملية الحجز وضمان تسجيلها بدقة في نظام أوبرا.
  • الحفاظ على آداب مهنية في المراسلات عبر البريد الإلكتروني والهاتف.
  • قراءة مراسلات الحجز بعناية للطلبات الخاصة وضمان إبلاغ الأقسام المعنية.
  • إبلاغ الأقسام ذات الصلة بتغييرات الحجز في اللحظة الأخيرة.

المؤهلات:
  • مهارات قوية في التواصل الواضح والمهذب، كتابيًا وشفهيًا.
  • القدرة على تعدد المهام والازدهار في بيئة سريعة الخطى.
  • إجادة تطبيقات MS Office.
