Join Carrier as a Sales Engineer - Aftermarket!

Role Responsibilities:
  • Support various sales activities and manage customer relationships.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on service sales inquiries.
  • Lead negotiations to achieve optimum profit levels.
  • Achieve timely order bookings and meet sales metrics.
  • Manage and develop customer accounts for service revenue growth.
  • Provide technical support related to digitalized services.
  • Ensure proper acquisition of sales opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts for service requirements.
  • Interact with clients to boost sales and product awareness.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in HVAC aftermarket sales.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering with HVAC knowledge.
  • Sales experience in the Western region (Jeddah, Makkah).

نظرة عامة على الوظيفة:
سيكون مهندس المبيعات مسؤولاً عن دفع نمو المبيعات وتطوير فرص عمل جديدة مع الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء في القطاع الصناعي. ستكون معرفتك التقنية بالآلات وحلول الهندسة، جنبًا إلى جنب مع مهارات المبيعات الممتازة، مفتاح نجاحك في هذا الدور.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • تحديد وتطوير فرص عمل جديدة في السوق السعودي.
  • توليد العملاء وتحويلهم إلى عملاء دائمين.
  • إجراء اجتماعات مع العملاء، وعروض تقديمية فنية، وعروض للمنتجات.
  • فهم متطلبات العملاء وتوصية الحلول المناسبة للآلات.
  • إعداد الاقتباسات والعروض، والمتابعة لإنهاء الطلبات.
  • التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية بشأن التسعير والتسليم وتنفيذ المشروع.
  • الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء الحاليين والحسابات الرئيسية.
  • تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية.
  • مراقبة اتجاهات السوق وأنشطة المنافسين.
  • الحفاظ على تقارير المبيعات والتوقعات بدقة.
  • تقديم دعم ما بعد البيع عند الحاجة.
  • ضمان رضا العملاء من خلال الاستجابة السريعة وتنسيق الخدمة.

المتطلبات:
الخبرة:
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المبيعات في السوق السعودي.
  • خلفية في مبيعات الآلات الصناعية أو المنتجات الهندسية.

المهارات التقنية:
  • فهم الآلات الصناعية والمنتجات التقنية.
  • القدرة على قراءة وفهم المواصفات الفنية.
  • مهارات تفاوض وإغلاق قوية.
  • إجادة استخدام MS Office وأدوات CRM.

المهارات المفضلة:
  • مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرات التعامل مع الآخرين.
  • تركيز على العملاء وذهنية مدفوعة بالنتائج.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل في سوق إقليمي.
  • قدرة قوية على بناء العلاقات في قطاعات الصناعة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • مهارات اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
  • رخصة قيادة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي مفضلة.
