- Monitoring and tracking expected delivery shipments, receiving spare parts, and signing delivery documents.
- Documenting devices and their accessories, and logging daily device issues.
- Conducting necessary routine and preventive maintenance on devices.
- Answering user inquiries regarding device issues and providing solutions or directing them to relevant departments.
- Ensuring system states include required software, escalating major faults to suppliers or maintenance officials.
- Preparing technical reports and enhancing work methods using modern technologies.
Requirements:- Saudi nationality with at least 2 years of experience in technical support.
- High school education.
- Advanced skills in machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to respond to customer inquiries effectively.
- Proficiency in Arabic.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary starting from 4000 SR and requires working six days a week.
