Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of tour guides, ensuring they provide accurate, engaging, and informative tours.
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing tour guides to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Schedule and coordinate tour guide assignments for efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate guide performance, providing feedback and conducting reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety guidelines during tours.
- Resolve escalated issues or complaints from participants effectively.
- Collaborate with management to develop new tours and improve existing ones.
- Stay updated on attractions, events, and trends to keep tours exciting.
- Assist in marketing strategies and promotional materials for tours.
- Maintain records and prepare operational reports.
- Foster a positive team environment.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, management, or related field.
- 35 years in tourism, with 12 years in a supervisory role.
- Extensive knowledge of Saudi history, culture, and geography.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages valued.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Customer-focused with a calm approach to challenges.
- Valid driver’s license and clean record preferred.
- Tour guide licenses are a plus.
