Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain client relationships to actively prospect and qualify new business.
- Negotiate guest room rates, meeting room rentals, and other hotel services within approved guidelines.
- Produce and review sales contracts, rate agreements, and banquet/catering event orders accurately.
- Handle inquiry calls and provide proposals as per departmental policies.
- Maintain and update client files regularly.
- Generate monthly sales-related reports and forecasts.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows and participate in sales trips.
- Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Arrange and conduct special events and site inspections for potential clients.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through effective communication.
