Role Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site position where you will manage core HR operations and contribute significantly to building people operations from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Manage employee records and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Work closely with employees to enhance engagement and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in Human Resources and HR operations (startup experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and implementation processes.
  • Skills in personnel management and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in English and Arabic.

  • تقديم المشورة لقادة الموارد البشرية والأعمال حول أفضل الممارسات عبر المؤسسة.

المؤهلات:
درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الموارد البشرية، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة مطلوبة. يُفضل الحصول على درجة الماجستير وشهادة احترافية في الموارد البشرية.

We Are Hiring: Human Resources Operations Specialist
Location: Saudi Arabia Al Khobar

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Operations Specialist to join our team and support the daily HR activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in employee data management, recruitment processes, attendance and leave coordination, and HCM system operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, maintain, and update employee files and records.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection regulations.
  • Collect and update employee attendance data.
  • Manage employee leaves and final settlements.
  • Support payroll preparation and related reporting.
  • Work on the Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and HR procedures.
  • Manage recruitment processes and ensure hiring timelines are met.

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Human Resources or a related field.
  • 4–10 years of experience in Human Resources (required).
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Creative mindset and drive for continuous improvement.
  • HR-related training and professional development courses.
