Join TÜV SÜD as a Business Development Manager, where you will play a key role in guiding clients through the certification processes related to SASO and SFDA regulations. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring compliance and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on SASO and SFDA regulations, certification processes, and compliance requirements to clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for timely and accurate delivery of product compliance certification services.
  • Manage key accounts for SASO, IEC EE, SFDA, HALAL certification.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and engage in negotiations with potential clients.
  • Identify and onboard potential clients while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports to the management team.

Qualifications:
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in sales development and business generation.
  • Strong skills in key account management and marketing.

Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

  • تحليل السوق: إجراء بحث شامل في السوق لتحديد الاتجاهات واحتياجات العملاء والمشهد التنافسي، باستخدام الرؤى في اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية.
  • إدارة علاقات العملاء: بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء الرئيسيين وأصحاب المصلحة، لضمان رضاهم.
  • استراتيجية المبيعات والقيادة: قيادة وتوجيه فريق المبيعات لتحقيق الأهداف وتقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية، مما يعزز ثقافة الأداء العالي.
  • تطوير العروض: إعداد عروض تقديمية مقنعة وعروض محتملة للعملاء، مع عرض عروض خدمات NESMA Catering.

المعرفة والمهارات والخبرات المطلوبة:
  • شهادة بكاليوس في إدارة الأعمال، التسويق، إدارة الضيافة، أو مجال ذي صلة؛ MBA هو ميزة.
  • حد أدنى 7 سنوات من الخبرة في تطوير الأعمال أو المبيعات، ويفضل في صناعة التموين أو الضيافة.
  • مهارات الاتصال والتفاعل الشخصي القوية، مع القدرة على بناء العلاقات على جميع المستويات.
