Join Aon as a Business Development Manager!
Aon is a leading global professional services firm dedicated to providing innovative strategies and insights to help businesses succeed. We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager in the Eastern Region based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial to promoting Aon in the marketplace, driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business development efforts, collaborating with branch staff to achieve growth targets.
  • Establish and maintain new client relationships to expand our business footprint.
  • Develop and execute strategic business and sales plans to meet sales targets.
  • Conduct weekly meetings to set goals and review performance.
  • Submit monthly sales reports through the company's system.
  • Research customer product needs, particularly in emerging sectors.
  • Gather client feedback for service improvement and innovation.
  • Identify and pursue leads while negotiating terms.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Create and implement effective lead generation action plans.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  • Deliver compelling proposal presentations and assist in proposal development.

Required Skills:
  • Strong business development and sales planning in Insurance Broking.
  • Experience with SaaS and B2B models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or related field (Master’s preferable).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • 5 years in insurance broking or financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Knowledge of the Saudi market and regulatory environment.

About The Role
As the Sales & Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and ensuring service excellence. This position focuses on wining clients' trust and providing them with high-quality solutions around Management System Certification and related Training services. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Driving sales and developing business relationships.
  • Structuring sales and business development strategies.
  • Identifying and generating business opportunities aligned with DNV services.
  • Establishing a local network of partners.
  • Participating in local communication actions, including events and trade shows.
  • Sustaining customer loyalty and managing queries.
  • Contributing to business plans and conducting reviews.

About You

المتطلبات:


خبرة عملية في مجال التسويق الرقمي.


إتقان أدوات التسويق والتحليل مثل (Google Analytics، Meta Business، SEMrush أو ما شابه).


مهارات تحليلية قوية واتخاذ قرارات مبنية على البيانات.


مهارات تواصل عالية والعمل بروح الفريق.


قدرة على إدارة الوقت والعمل على عدة مشاريع في نفس الوقت.
