Responsibilities:
As the HSE Manager, you will ensure all project activities comply with Client HSE requirements, Saipem HSE standards, local legislation, and international standards (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001). Your responsibilities include:

• Staff and manage HSE design and site personnel.
• Develop and implement Project HSE plans and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and assist in HSE risk management.
• Identify emergency scenarios and create preparedness plans.
• Perform HSE audits and monitor performance for reporting.
• Lead accident investigations and promote safety awareness campaigns.

Eligibility Criteria:
The ideal candidate should have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years offshore experience.
• NEBOSH IGC certification or equivalent safety certification.
• Mandatory experience with Saudi Aramco for the Project HSE Manager position.
• Previous Saudi Aramco offshore/onshore approval is preferable.
• BOSIET, H2S certificates, and BLS or First Aid certification.
