- Report to the Head Waiter/Waitress and follow the company's grooming standards.

- Handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently, reporting issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.
