Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Head Waiter/Waitress and follow the company's grooming standards.
  • Display thorough knowledge of food and beverage items and assist with upselling.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently, reporting issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.

مستويات النقد المتاحة.

5. التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء: الرد على أسئلة الزبائن وتقديم المساعدة حسب الحاجة.

6. تسجيل الطلبات: إدخال الطلبات بدقة في النظام والتأكد من توافقها مع الفواتير.

7. إغلاق حسابات الزبائن: التعامل مع المدفوعات النهائية
عند مغادرة الزباتن.

8. التعامل مع الشكاوى: معالجة أي شكاوى أو مشكلات
قد نطرأ أثناء عملية الدفع.

9. تنظيف منطقة العمل: الحفاظ على نظافة منطقة
الكاشير وترتيبها.

10. تعاون مع فريق العمل: العمل بشكل وثيق مع طاقم الخدمة والمطبخ لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.

11.الالتزام بالدوام اثناء اجازات الاعياد
