Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and policies.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Manage and lead the sales team efficiently, ensuring high performance and motivation.
- Analyze sales reports and implement policies based on insights and performance data.
- Train, monitor, and evaluate the sales team to maximize results.
- Set quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sales targets and ensure their achievement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the Saudi market, preferably with reputable companies.
- Strong strategic thinking and market analysis skills.
- Excellent team management, training, and evaluation capabilities.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and implement effective sales policies.
- Bachelor’s degree and relevant professional courses or certifications.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Preferably experience in construction equipment and machinery.
