At Vaccine Industrial Company, we are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to guide and oversee our HR Assistant in recruiting and evaluating the best talent for various positions within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directing HR Assistant in recruiting, screening, and evaluating job applicants.
- Ensuring compliance with the company’s hiring policies.
- Reviewing employment applications and evaluating qualifications.
- Initiating employment requisitions and managing vacancy announcements.
- Maintaining databases of employment applications.
- Coordinating with candidates on employment start dates.
- Handling employment certificates and managing vacations, rewarding, and disciplinary actions.
