We are seeking a motivated individual to support our sales team in executing routine sales activities in the IT solutions domain, including cloud, infrastructure, and Microsoft technologies. This role is essential for assisting the sales cycle through various support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing sales activities for IT solutions
- Support lead generation efforts through research and follow-ups
- Maintain and update CRM records for leads and opportunities
- Track assigned opportunities and ensure timely follow-ups
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations
- Engage with customers and respond to routine requests
- Identify upselling opportunities for existing accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams for lead follow-ups
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales support or customer service
- Familiarity with IT solutions and the sales cycle
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
