Job Description of Purchasing Representative:

✅ Constantly searching for the best suppliers and obtaining the lowest possible prices while maintaining the quality of products and services.
✅ Has a wide database of reliable suppliers in the fields of:
• Gifts and manufacturing
• Event organization
• General supply
• Preparing and implementing memorial works
✅ Negotiating with suppliers to reach the best offers and discounts.
✅ Following up and managing purchase orders from the beginning until receipt to ensure compliance with deadlines and quality.
✅ Preparing periodic reports on purchasing movement, prices, and supplier status.
✅ Commitment to archiving and organizing all price quotes and invoices.
✅ A personal car is required to facilitate the movement and delivery tasks.

🔹 Basic requirements:
• Previous experience in the field of purchasing is preferred in the same activity.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with suppliers.
• Good knowledge of market requirements and suitable supply sources.
• High integrity and credibility in work.

• Source and evaluate suppliers and negotiate to obtain the best possible terms.
• Prepare purchase orders, RFQs, and procurement contracts.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with departments to identify procurement needs and align with budget requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery timelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
