As a key member of the project delivery team, you will closely collaborate with customers, engineers, and sales teams, acting as a crucial link between the technical and business realms.

Responsibilities:

• Use Business Analysis techniques to capture business and end user requirements.
• Act as the product owner.
• Collaborate with the technical team to develop business and technical requirements.
• Analyze and model the business domain to create a complete picture of workflows and technical requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
• Ensure programs meet business/user requirements by monitoring software development progress.
• Define the business problems and primary objectives of new projects.
• Identify and validate key business requirements.
• Determine approaches to improve business usability, performance, and integrity of the software.
• Coach team members to achieve their goals and develop necessary skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Software Development/Business Analysis.
• Preference will be given to Saudi nationals in line with Saudization initiatives.
