Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage marketing campaigns and create impactful content.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement marketing initiatives.
- Evaluate performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, and brand development.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and messaging.
- Ability to analyze data and monitor performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
