Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager!
ARX | smart minds is looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We specialize in the design and management of complex engineering projects, combining global expertise with local know-how to deliver smart, sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
• Develop sales and business development strategies in collaboration with the management team.
• Manage the sales team, setting measurable objectives and tracking performance.
• Promote the company's products/services to meet client objectives and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and financial transactions.
• Establish long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Support the development of projects by setting achievable business objectives.
• Participate in bid submissions and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct feasibility analysis and due diligence for development projects.
• Represent the company in relevant events to maintain industry presence.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of post-qualification experience in business development, with a focus on the engineering sector.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing with exposure to the KSA/MENA market.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Familiarity with international business rules and project bidding processes.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
