Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in the Riyadh Region. The role focuses on expanding Unilumin’s presence within government and semi-government sectors, with a strong preference for experience in the sports and stadiums sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within government and semi-government organizations.
  • Lead business development activities related to sports projects, including stadiums, arenas, federations, clubs, and major events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, consultants, contractors, and project owners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to contract award.
  • Participate in tenders, RFPs, and government procurement processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales engineering, technical, operations, and HQ teams) to develop customized LED solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company in meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Proven experience selling to government and semi-government sectors.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in the sports sector (stadiums, arenas, sports facilities, events).
  • Solid understanding of public sector procurement, tenders, and project-based sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Riyadh and travel within the Kingdom as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with large-scale infrastructure or technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with LED displays, AV, smart solutions, or technology-driven projects.
  • Existing network within government, sports authorities, or consulting firms.

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in business development or sales within the construction sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the construction market, contracting methods, and tendering processes.
  • Experience in preparing technical and financial proposals (preferred).
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency in English is an added advantage.
