Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new potential construction projects and business opportunities.

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of joint venture agreements and consortiums, from inception to project completion.
  • Analyze industry trends and forecast service and resource requirements.
  • Oversee the bidding process and ensure compliance with client qualifications.
  • Expand the company's list of partners to align with growth goals.
  • Represent the company at forums and conferences to promote services.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Construction Management, preferably with an MBA.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development and project execution within the construction industry.
  • Strong relationships with stakeholders and top-tier infrastructure EPC contractors.
  • Proven experience in managing joint ventures and partnerships.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.

  • Proven success in originating and closing consulting engagements.
  • Strong understanding of advisory mandate management.
  • Experience in engaging with senior decision-makers in the private sector.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with commercial insight and professional credibility.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of consultative selling techniques.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities in both Arabic and English.
