- Proven experience in managing daily operations and staff supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service excellence and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in sales and achieving performance targets.
- Ability to manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
- Proficiency in preparing reports and ensuring policy compliance.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
