  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and address complex customer needs, maintaining a focus on long-term partnerships.
  • Direct the implementation of sales plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market dynamics.
  • Drive the development and execution of targeted account plans to maximize revenue.
  • Take a lead role in negotiating major contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

  • In-depth understanding of oil & gas products, services, and technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or any related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, preferably within the oil & gas sector.
