Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve BYD's sales targets.
- Lead and manage the BYD sales team.
- Establish relationships with key dealership partners.
- Monitor sales trends and provide updates to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts with sales goals.
- Manage the sales budget and resource allocation.
- Represent the company at industry events.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Country Manager.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the premium automotive sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
