نحن نبحث عن مدير مبيعات ذو خبرة لقيادة وتوسيع أعمالنا في البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات والاتصالات داخل القطاع العام في المملكة العربية السعودية. ستركز هذه الوظيفة المحورية على دفع المبيعات مع الوزارات والسلطات والكيانات المملوكة للحكومة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • تحديد الفرص وقيادة العطاءات لصفقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات/الاتصالات.
  • استغلال المعرفة العميقة بأنظمة الشراء الحكومية، بما في ذلك اعتماد.
  • تطوير والحفاظ على شبكة قوية داخل القطاع الحكومي.
  • التعاون الوثيق مع الفرق الداخلية (قبل البيع، التقنية، التنفيذ) لتقديم مقترحات ناجحة.

المؤهلات:
يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح المثالي سجل ناجح في دفع المبيعات في القطاع العام. الخبرة القوية في بنية الشبكات، والأمن السيبراني، والخدمات المدارة أمر أساسي.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Identify new leads, clients, and distribution channels
  • Deliver compelling product demos and client presentations
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and client engagement
  • Track and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or B2B SaaS sales in KSA
  • Strong knowledge of the ConTech/PropTech/Construction market
  • Experience with Autodesk AEC tools (BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks) is a strong plus
  • Skilled in negotiation, client engagement, and CRM tools
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
