Al Jubairi Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to provide essential legal consultation and support within a professional work environment. This role is crucial for managing legal operations and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal consultations to clients.
- Draft and review contracts and agreements.
- Prepare legal memoranda and pleadings.
- Represent clients before judicial and quasi-judicial authorities.
- Analyze legal cases and assess associated risks.
- Follow up on legal cases and pertinent procedures.
- Offer legal support to various departments and clients.
- Manage and supervise a legal team of lawyers and consultants.
- Guide the legal team and oversee workflow management.
- Monitor regulations and legislative updates.
- Prepare periodic legal reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of legal files and information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
- Relevant professional legal experience.
- Strong legal drafting and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage cases and legal proceedings effectively.
- Previous managerial experience is preferred.
- Excellent command of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Saudi nationals are preferred.
