Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive legal consultations to clients.
  • Draft and review contracts and agreements.
  • Prepare legal memoranda and pleadings.
  • Represent clients before judicial and quasi-judicial authorities.
  • Analyze legal cases and assess associated risks.
  • Follow up on legal cases and pertinent procedures.
  • Offer legal support to various departments and clients.
  • Manage and supervise a legal team of lawyers and consultants.
  • Guide the legal team and oversee workflow management.
  • Monitor regulations and legislative updates.
  • Prepare periodic legal reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality of legal files and information.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
  • Relevant professional legal experience.
  • Strong legal drafting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage cases and legal proceedings effectively.
  • Previous managerial experience is preferred.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Saudi nationals are preferred.
