Join Rotana Hotels as a Housekeeping Supervisor
We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest-focused housekeeping professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the team of Housekeeping Attendants towards achieving operational objectives.
Prepare job assignments for Housekeeping Attendants and issue keys and supplies.
Take note of VIPs, Do Not Disturb, Sleep Out, and Double-Lock Rooms, and take appropriate action.
Inspect areas cleaned using a checklist to ensure standards are met.
Supervise cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and stairwells.
Train and assist Housekeeping Attendants.
Assist with inventory and maintenance of housekeeping machines and equipment.

Requirements:

Diploma or vocational training in hospitality.
Previous minor supervisory experience within the Housekeeping Department of a hotel.
Good command of written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Computer literacy and experience with Opera is an advantage.
