You will be responsible for greeting guests, escorting them to their tables, and assisting them with their requests in a friendly and professional manner.

You will be responsible for greeting guests, escorting them to their tables, and assisting them with their requests in a friendly and professional manner.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet incoming and departing guests with a genuine smile.
- Escort guests to their assigned dining area and present menus.
- Communicate clearly with guests regarding their needs and preferences.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively as part of a team.
- Assist guests in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high standards of service.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- 23 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of reservation software and guest service experience is a plus.
- Friendly, reliable, and trustworthy with strong interpersonal skills.
