AVEVA Select Gulf is seeking a driven Sales Engineer to support our Water & Utilities vertical. If you are passionate about solving problems, presenting innovative solutions, and working in a fast-paced environment where technology intersects with industrial operations, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers.
  • Understand customers' business objectives and align software solutions to meet their needs.
  • Proactively address customer concerns to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our software solutions effectively to customers.
  • Stay updated on software trends and features.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a unified approach to customer satisfaction.
  • Generate and present detailed sales reports to leadership.

Requirements:
  • Experience in technology-related enterprise sales or business development, preferably in Industrial Automation.
  • At least 2-3 years of sales experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the water & utilities sector.
  • In-depth understanding of software products and industry nuances.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.

  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى متوسط.
  • خبرة في التسويق الزراعي: دراسة السوق وتحديد الفرص.
  • فهم كامل للتركيب المحصولي في منطقة العمل.

The Opportunity:
This position offers an exceptional chance to be a part of Enzar Digital’s Digital Solutions division, where cutting-edge technology meets tangible operational results. You will assist in creating and delivering intelligent digital systems for government and enterprise clients, focusing on software platforms, AI solutions, integrations, and field technologies.

Your Impact:
  • Analyze client needs and convert them into effective digital and AI solutions.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, including BOQs, layouts, and solution designs.
  • Assist in pre-sales efforts such as RFP analysis, defining scopes, gathering requirements, and aligning solutions.
  • Conduct client presentations, technical workshops, and solution demonstrations.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams (AI, Software, Hardware, Integrations, Infrastructure) to create complete solutions.
  • Help develop pilot environments and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
  • Identify new opportunities and contribute to expanding the sales pipeline.
  • Ensure all proposed solutions meet technical standards and client expectations.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and market trends in digital transformation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Digital Solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong technical comprehension of digital ecosystems including smart systems, software platforms, system integrations, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
  • Exceptional presentation and documentation skills.
  • Adeptness at working effectively in dynamic and evolving environments.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
