A well-established printing company based in Riyadh is currently seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, making it ideal for those who thrive in customer interaction and can handle front desk operations with efficiency and grace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and handle inquiries efficiently.
  • Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling and visitor logs.
  • Receive and sort mail, deliveries, and courier packages.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, document filing, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and visitor handling.
  • Assist with meeting room bookings and preparation for client visits.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
  • 12 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a corporate or service environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Polished appearance with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
