We are looking for a seasoned leader with a minimum of 20 years of experience, including 5 years in a similar role, to oversee our construction and environmental projects.

Role Overview:
The Operations Manager will drive business growth and ensure operational excellence in the Oil & Gas sector. You will lead project planning, execution, and delivery, contributing to the successful running of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects
Manage cost and schedule variances
Conduct contract reviews and scope management
Plan resources and ensure technical oversight
Drive client acquisition and retention
Prepare and monitor budgets
Lead cross-functional teams
Foster strong client relationships and effective communication

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Science or Bachelor's in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
PMP Certification or MBA preferred
Experience in environmental and construction projects in the Oil & Gas sector

الإشراف على التحكم في الميزانية والأداء داخل القسم.
الحفاظ على التواصل الفعال within فريق ICMMM.
تحفيز الابتكار لتحسين كفاءة الإنتاج وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة.

المؤهلات:
المؤهلات الأساسية:

10 سنوات من الخبرة في صيانة الطائرات والتعديل.
5 سنوات من الخبرة في تعديلات الطائرات F-15.
5 سنوات + في دور قيادي تشغيلي في البيئة المعنية.

المؤهلات المفضلة:

درجة في صيانة الطائرات أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.
خبرة في العمل وفقًا للإجراءات السعودية.

معلومات إضافية:
هذه مهمة طويلة الأجل مع فوائد النقل المقدمة. يجب أن يستوفي المرشحون متطلبات الصحة للمهام الدولية ويفترض الحصول على تأشيرة عمل.

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing field operations with a focus on safety, quality, and financial health. Your strategic mindset will support the planning, organization, and leadership needed to effectively guide our drilling services.
Responsibilities:

Lead execution of operational activities, determining resource requirements and ensuring crew and asset utilization.
Maintain strategic focus on providing quality service to our customers.
Foster continuous improvement initiatives and conduct regular quality review meetings.
Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal standards through effective contract management.
Maximize financial results by managing budgets and forecasts, and driving business development opportunities.

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Drilling Services (Directional Drilling and MWD).
2+ years of P&L experience, especially in the Saudi market.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Scientific discipline.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
