Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily with senior officers to optimize goods shipments.
- Receive, review, and approve credit notes, ensuring accurate reasons for returns.
- Handle invoices signed by customers and maintain proper documentation in archives.
- Support team growth through tailored career development plans and training sessions.
- Work with the CLD to arrange vehicle deliveries and prepare related documents.
- Manage backorders and communicate shortages to the CSD Manager.
