Join Millennium Hotels & Resorts MEA as a Cluster Director of Finance
We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to oversee the financial operations of our two newly acquired hotels in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This vital role requires a candidate with a strong background in finance within the hospitality sector, particularly with international brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts to meet financial goals.
Advise the General Manager and senior management with financial recommendations.
Analyze financial statements, identifying trends and variances.
Monitor financial performance and highlight improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate financial records.
Collaborate with departments to optimize business processes.
Conduct financial analysis for projects.
Manage cash flow to ensure funds availability for operations.
Implement cost-control measures while maintaining service standards.
Lead and develop the finance and business support team.
Oversee procurement processes and vendor contract negotiations.

Candidate Requirements:

1215 years of progressive finance experience in hospitality.
Arabic speaker with potential experience in the Saudi market.
