Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts to meet financial goals.
- Advise the General Manager and senior management with financial recommendations.
- Analyze financial statements, identifying trends and variances.
- Monitor financial performance and highlight improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with departments to optimize business processes.
- Conduct financial analysis for projects.
- Manage cash flow to ensure funds availability for operations.
- Implement cost-control measures while maintaining service standards.
- Lead and develop the finance and business support team.
- Oversee procurement processes and vendor contract negotiations.
Candidate Requirements:- 1215 years of progressive finance experience in hospitality.
- Arabic speaker with potential experience in the Saudi market.
