We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our Facility Management and Operation & Maintenance projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about maintaining high service quality and efficient workflow across project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams.
- Ensure service delivery meets client and contract standards.
- Prepare operational reports and performance updates.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise project operations to ensure activities are implemented according to project plans and timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Up to 3 years of experience in Facility Management or Operations Supervision.
- Experience in operation & maintenance projects is preferred.
- Holding a professional certification such as (PMP), (CFM), or (FMP).
