About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will support our sales team and ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and reports.
Maintain an accurate customer database and sales pipelines.
Coordinate with various departments for efficient execution of sales-related activities.
Support the sales team in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies and materials.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support or coordination.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal abilities and exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
Basic understanding of sales metrics and reporting.
