Job Purpose:
The Restaurant Manager is the driving force behind the operational success of our venue, focusing on guest experience and team performance. You will lead day-to-day operations, uphold the SLS vision, and curate memorable dining moments while ensuring the outlet’s profitability and compliance.

Duties & Functions:

• Deliver a consistently elevated and engaging guest experience aligned with SLS brand values.
• Act as the face of the outlet, maintaining a strong presence during service.
• Handle guest feedback effectively, turning challenges into opportunities.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure coordination across service areas.
• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards according to health and safety regulations.
• Liaise with Engineering and Housekeeping teams to maintain luxury standards.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.
• Conduct recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of team members.
• Ensure training in service standards and compliance protocols.
