We are seeking passionate and motivated Baristas to be part of our team at Qitaf Coffee in Tabuk. Our Italian franchise offers a high-quality coffee experience in a friendly and comfortable work environment.

Job Details:
• Location: Tabuk
• Working Hours: Well-organized shifts, no less than 54 hours per week
• Sponsorship Transfer: Available

Experience Level:
• Beginners to intermediate experience are welcome
• High experience is considered an advantage

Job Overview:
As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing for Food and Beverage service and serving our guests in line with the Food and Beverage concept. You will provide guests with an engaging & personalized service experience, turning their moments with us into memories.

Essential Job Functions:

Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs.
Possesses outstanding guest service skills, professional presentation, and sophisticated communication skills.
Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; answering questions.
Sells coffees by explaining differences in coffee beans/pods and preparation.
Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes for coffee drinks, such as espresso and cappuccino.
Generates revenues by attracting new customers and defining new services.
Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee supply and stocking equipment.
Keeps equipment operational by troubleshooting and performing preventive maintenance.
Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and regulations.
