We are a leading business advisory, tax, and project management firm with a commitment to delivering high-quality services since 2013. We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Management Specialist based in Riyadh.

Role Overview:
As a Project Management Specialist, you will oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and budgetary constraints. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Project planning and program management
Coordinating resources and tracking progress
Identifying risks and ensuring effective stakeholder communication

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

Strong skills in Project and Program Management
Excellent analytical and communication abilities
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
PMP or relevant project management certification (a plus)

Overview
As a Senior Project Management Specialist at the Islamic Development Bank, you will play a key role in planning, reviewing, assessing, managing, and coordinating approved Trust Funds Projects. This position requires close collaboration with donors, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation, particularly in the areas affected by conflict.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Planning: Support the development of strategies, policies, and guidelines for the Al-Aqsa and Palestine Trust Fund.
Project Management: Assess new project proposals, manage ongoing projects, and provide guidance on planning, implementation, and reporting.
Communication & Coordination: Prepare progress reports, supervise staff in the field, and represent the organization at conferences.
Emergency Response: Analyze emergency requests and coordinate with partners for timely response to emergencies.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in the development sector. Proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory, while knowledge of French is preferred.

Skills
Candidates should demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment. Familiarity with project fundraising, analytics, and multi-lateral development banking processes is essential.
