Join Ithra Design as an Administrative Secretary
We are looking for a highly organized, professional, and proactive Secretary/Administrative Assistant to support our CEO and design teams in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Executive Support:
- Manage schedules, meetings, and agendas.
- Handle confidential documents with discretion.
- Maintain organized filing systems.
Communication & Coordination:
- Serve as first point of contact for client inquiries.
- Coordinate between different teams and ensure timely follow-ups.
Project Support:
- Assist in preparing project documents, presentations, and proposals.
- Track project timelines and deliverables.
Office Management:
- Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance with vendors.
- Ensure an aesthetically pleasing workspace.
Document Control:
- Create structured filing systems for design projects.
- Track revisions of architectural drawings.
