Join Alstom as an O&M Technician in Jiddah!

At Alstom, we are dedicated to creating smarter and more sustainable mobility solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled O&M Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will apply your troubleshooting expertise to perform maintenance, repairs, inspections, and adjustments on various mechanical and electronic systems.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance on electronic, mechanical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex systems to diagnose problems and identify failures.
  • Assist in developing procedures to improve maintenance schedules and reduce downtime.
  • Implement contingency plans during service disruptions to minimize customer inconvenience.

About You:
We value attitude and passion over experience. You should ideally have a degree or diploma in engineering along with an understanding of Rolling Stock and its Components.

Role Overview:
The Expert System Maintenance Technician will support the deployment of the Air Defense System by evaluating the performance of Mobile Integrated Defense equipment and providing maintenance and technical support. This role involves working hands-on with cutting-edge technology in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment.

Main Tasks:
  • Support deployment of Air Defense Systems.
  • Evaluate and provide maintenance support for Mobile Integrated Defense equipment.
  • Diagnose and isolate complex electronic problems.
  • Maintain log-book follow-ups and periodic reports on equipment serviceability.
  • Travel to remote sites for maintenance and ongoing training.
Qualifications:
- Senior Technician diploma in Electro-mechanics / Electricity.
- Specialized qualification on Mobile Integrated Defense equipment.

Experience Required:
  • 3-5 years in Weapon system and associated equipment.
  • Hands-on experience with Mobile Integrated Defense equipment.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting electronic circuits and use of diagnostic tools.
  • Experience in a multicultural environment and customer interactions.
