At Spedition Services Limited, part of an international logistics group, we are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to support our operations in Jeddah. This role is crucial in managing daily accounting operations and maintaining accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

At Spedition Services Limited, part of an international logistics group, we are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to support our operations in Jeddah. This role is crucial in managing daily accounting operations and maintaining accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and record journal entries, invoices, and payments.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports and support budget monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with VAT, Zakat, and local financial regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an Accountant; logistics or freight forwarding experience is a plus.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
