• Coordinate with Procurement and vendors regarding supplies and orders.
• Maintain daily office operations and schedule meetings.
• Track budgets and expenditures, prepare statistical reports and presentations.
• Serve as a point of contact for visitors and manage time attendance reporting.

Operational Support:
You'll assist with moving labor throughout the day, maintain records, and follow up on departmental needs to ensure efficiency. Your proactive communication will be vital in responding to operational demands.
