Key Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for children and their families.
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with therapy staff.
- Provide accurate information about our services related to child development.
- Maintain client records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist families with necessary forms and guide them through processes.
- Ensure waiting areas are child-friendly and organized.
- Communicate effectively with therapists and administrative staff.
- Support center events and parent workshops.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about working with children.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant fields.
- Experience in a pediatric clinic or educational setting is a plus.
- Friendly demeanor and presentable appearance.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, email communication).
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- High emotional intelligence and empathy.
