Join Raffles Hotels & Resorts as an Executive Assistant!
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team in a luxury hospitality environment.

Company Overview:
Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea is a premier nature-focused resort in the Kingdom’s groundbreaking Red Sea Project, featuring 361 rooms and an array of unique dining experiences, including overwater restaurants. Positioned next to an 18-hole championship golf course, this resort emphasizes sustainable development across a stunning 200km coastline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager and Executive Office.
  • Coordinate complex international travel, meetings, and guest arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in pre-opening readiness, including documentation and logistics coordination.
  • Support project rollouts related to brand compliance and operational readiness.
  • Track action items and maintain critical path reports.
  • Organize high-profile visits and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Prepare presentations and reports aligned with executive expectations.
  • Manage contracts and supplier communication relevant to projects.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a luxury environment.
  • Proven experience in hotel pre-opening projects is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in English with strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.

Additional Information:
Experience in project coordination and a proactive approach are essential. Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with luxury standards are expected.
