Join Ninja’s Fresh Supply Chain Team as a Quality Officer!
We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Officer to ensure the highest standards of product quality and food safety compliance in our Distribution Center. At Ninja, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service with speed and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct receiving inspections for inbound products based on approved quality standards and sampling plans.
Monitor product quality, freshness, temperature, and storage conditions across operational areas.
Document rejection cases and maintain accurate quality documentation and inspection reports.
Ensure proper FIFO / FEFO implementation and monitor stock aging to minimize waste.
Inspect sorting, grading, repacking, and handling activities to ensure operational compliance.
Monitor food safety practices, hygiene standards, and PPE compliance within the Distribution Center.
Report quality issues, operational risks, and recurring observations to management for corrective action.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Agriculture, Microbiology, or a related field.
Experience in quality control, fresh produce, food industry, or supply chain operations.
Solid understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
Knowledge of inspection procedures and sampling methods.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and quality deviations.
Good communication, reporting, and teamwork skills.
HACCP and Food Safety knowledge/certifications are preferred.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

مراقبة المواد الواردة، والعمليات الجارية، والشحنات الصادرة للتأكد من الامتثال لمعايير الجودة.
إجراء تحليل الأسباب الجذرية للانحرافات وتنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية ووقائية فعالة (CAPA).
تطوير وصيانة إجراءات التشغيل القياسية، وتعليمات العمل، والوثائق المتعلقة بالجودة.
تحديد الفجوات في العمليات ودفع مبادرات التحسين المستمر.
تدريب موظفي المستودعات على معايير الجودة وإجراءات التفتيش.
إجراء تدقيقات داخلية لضمان التوافق مع ISO ومعايير أخرى.
إعداد تقارير أداء الجودة والتعاون مع الموردين لحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالجودة.

المتطلبات:

خبرة تزيد عن سنة في ضمان الجودة / التحكم، مع ما لا يقل عن سنة واحدة في دور قيادي.
خبرة عملية في جودة العمليات في المستودعات أو سلسلة التوريد.
مهارات قوية في القيادة وتطوير الفرق.
معرفة قوية بمعايير الجودة وممارسات التدقيق.
قدرات تحليلية وحل مشكلات ممتازة.
إجادة أدوات الجودة وتطبيقات MS Office.
القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.
