Key Responsibilities:
- Sell a wide range of our products to assigned customers.
- Monitor competition activities in your area.
- Implement effective planograms in stores.
- Handle special order requests as needed.
- Ensure timely collection of invoices in accordance with company policy.
- Prepare necessary documentation for business reviews and market visits.
- Identify and report potential new customers.
- Address customer complaints and escalate to the sales team leader if necessary.
- Prepare and present customer orders, along with daily collections.
- Issue return forms for defective products.
- Reconcile customer accounts quarterly.
- Conduct inventory checks during visits.
