As a Corporate Sales Specialist, you will be pivotal in driving growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities. Your ability to understand client needs and present tailored learning and development solutions will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments with clients to understand their learning goals.
  • Present offerings to clients, effectively communicating value and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients, negotiating terms as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the process.

Job Requirements:
  • 25 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the training or L&D industry.
  • Training background is essential.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and closing deals.
  • Ability to assess client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

الوصف الوظيفي:
أخصائي مبيعات – قطاع التطوير العقاري وبيع الوحدات السكنية.

الهدف من الوظيفة:
العمل على تسويق وبيع الوحدات السكنية التابعة للشركة وتحقيق الأهداف البيعية المحددة، من خلال استقطاب العملاء وبناء علاقات مهنية معهم. يجب تقديم الحلول السكنية المناسبة لتلبية احتياجاتهم، مما يساهم في رفع الحصة السوقية للشركة وتعزيز سمعتها في قطاع التطوير العقاري.

المهام والمسؤوليات:
  • استقبال العملاء المحتملين والتواصل معهم لفهم احتياجاتهم السكنية.
  • عرض الوحدات السكنية المتاحة وتوضيح المزايا والمواصفات الفنية والمالية لكل وحدة.
  • إعداد العروض البيعية والتفاوض مع العملاء لضمان إتمام الصفقات بالشروط الملائمة.
  • متابعة العملاء من مرحلة الاستفسار وحتى توقيع العقود واستلام الوحدة.
  • العمل على تحقيق الأهداف الشهرية والسنوية للمبيعات المحددة من الإدارة.
  • بناء قاعدة بيانات للعملاء والمحافظة على علاقات طويلة الأمد معهم.
  • التنسيق مع الإدارات الداخلية لضمان سلاسة إجراءات البيع والتسليم.
  • المشاركة في المعارض والفعاليات العقارية للترويج لمشاريع الشركة وزيادة فرص البيع.
  • إعداد تقارير دورية عن حركة المبيعات وملاحظات العملاء.
  • الالتزام بالسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة لدى الشركة.

المؤهلات والخبرات:
  • درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق، إدارة الأعمال، أو تخصص ذي صلة (يفضل).
  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال المبيعات، ويفضل في القطاع العقاري.
  • معرفة جيدة بأنظمة ولوائح البيع والتسويق العقاري في المملكة.
  • مهارات قوية في التفاوض والإقناع وخدمة العملاء.
  • إلمام باستخدام أنظمة CRM وبرامج Microsoft Office.
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق المستهدفات البيعية.

المهارات المطلوبة:
  • مهارات تواصل فعّالة.
  • القدرة على الإقناع والتفاوض.
  • إدارة العلاقات مع العملاء.
  • العمل بروح الفريق.
  • التفكير التحليلي والقدرة على إيجاد الحلول.
