In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and producing a wide variety of traditional Oriental desserts such as baklava, kunafa, basbousa, and maamoul, ensuring high quality and consistency.

We are seeking a talented and passionate Oriental Pastry Chef to join our team at شركة شبرا الطائف التجاريه. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and producing a wide variety of traditional Oriental desserts such as baklava, kunafa, basbousa, and maamoul, ensuring high quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce a variety of traditional Oriental desserts with a focus on quality.
- Develop and test new recipes to enhance our dessert menu and meet customer expectations.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and compliant with food safety standards.
- Monitor daily production schedules for timely preparation for service.
- Decorate and present pastries in an appealing and authentic style.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen and workstations.
- Supervise and train junior pastry staff on techniques and production processes.
- Control inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the executive chef and kitchen team to plan seasonal or special-event dessert menus.
